SCFI Remote Tech Support

Install RustDesk below so our team can securely connect and help you.

Step 1 — Download RustDesk

Choose your operating system. RustDesk is free, open-source remote desktop software.

Step 2 — Configure the SCFI server required

In RustDesk, open Settings → Network → unlock and set:

ID server: help.scfi.io
Relay server: help.scfi.io
Key: 7XQU2lJ1vKu0NKatZsCqX2Ezz+3mMUTxiGFQ3GT350o=

After saving, restart RustDesk if prompted. Your ID will then register with SCFI’s private support server.

Step 3 — Share your ID with support

  1. Open RustDesk and note your ID and one-time password (or set a permanent password).
  2. Call or email SCFI support and provide your RustDesk ID.
  3. When prompted, approve the connection request on your device.
